We back our gear for life. Socks, gloves, beanies and everything else we knit – if your Norsewear product hasn’t gone the distance, we’ll give you a fair go and make it right with a replacement. That’s our promise, for the lifetime of the product.
Of course, there are a few things we can’t cover. If a sock disappears into the back of the dryer, your dog takes a liking to wool chewing, or your mate borrows your Farm Flecks for trailer tie-downs – that one’s on you. But if your Norsewear garment hasn’t stood up to the test of time and use, we’ll always consider your claim in good faith.
